Michelle founded Fusion Events & Weddings in 2009 after gaining 8 years of experience as an international event manager and wedding planner at a globally recognised events and production company.
Our ultimate aim is to remove any stress from the planning process, and Michelle’s keen eye for detail and desire for perfection ensures that behind the scenes nothing is left to chance.
Our ethos, commitment, and passion to create meaningful occasions, combined with our creative flair means that Fusion Events & Weddings is not only industry award winning, but much more importantly, that we are a trusted go-to aide for happy couples when organising their perfect day.
A little bit about me
With 18 years experience in bespoke event management, wedding planning and consultancy, my focus is on helping people and businesses create special and memorable experiences.
Over the years I’ve continued to be fortunate enough to work with amazing companies and couples across the country. I’ve had the opportunity to work in a large variety of venues with many different suppliers. I’ve worked for and with agencies and independent clients, managing many types of events with varied budgets, focusing on corporate events, weddings and consultancy for venues.
When I’m not planning I’m enjoying the West Berkshire countryside with my husband and two children.
Sustainability is important
As a company we strive to be as carbon neutral as we can, we use 100% renewable energy in our office, drive hybrid cars to our meetings and have a sustainability policy which we review regularly. When it’s not possible, we offset our company footprint by planting trees in our company forest, through Treedom.
We also believe in ethical pricing, marketing and transparency in the way we work, so have signed the Ethical Move pledge.
